Online Warehouse Sale FAQ's
Important Online Warehouse Sale Info!
Our Online Warehouse Sale will begin at 7am (Pacific Standard Time) on Tuesday, March 12 and end at 10pm (Pacific Standard Time) on Sunday, March 17th. Our website will be closed for 1 hour before before we begin the Sale while we get set up and 1 hour after the Sale ends while we take it down.
What will be in the Sale?
We everything that we have from past seasons. There will be more than 47 renewed listings for products that we've had tucked away for a while and haven't been on our website. In addition to that, we will have 33 new discounts on products that are currently on our website. That is 80+ unbelievably discounted products that will be available for this Online Warehouse Sale only!
What will not be on Sale?
Nothing from our current SS19 'Coco Jungle' collection will be on Sale but it will still be available to purchase for the duration of the Online Warehouse Sale at regular price.
Will there be Flawed or Defective items in the Sale?
Those of you who have been at our in-person sales know that we sometimes sell slightly flawed items at our in-person sales. Due to the nature of an Online Warehouse Sale, we will not be including any slightly flawed items in this Sale. Everything in this sale is in perfect condition.
Will there be restocks?
Nothing will be restocked during the Sale. We have listed everything that we have available. In the event that we accidentally over-sell a product, we will reach out to you individually to let you know. Hopefully that won't happen, because we have done our best to ensure our inventory counts are up to date and as accurate as possible.
Will you be able to shop the Sale in-person?
You will not be able to shop this Sale in-person at our Downtown Abbotsford boutique, The Kindred Clothing Co. due to inventory and organizational concerns. Our shop is too small to display the vast assortment of products that are available for this Sale.
Will I be able to pick up my online order in-person?
Yes, if you live locally, you can select 'local pickup' as your shipping option in the checkout. Please remember that your transaction confirmation email does not mean your order is ready for pickup. You need to wait for the second email that says 'your order is ready to be picked up'.
Returns or Exchanges?
All Sale items are final sale an not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items from our SS19 'Coco Jungle Collection that are purchased at regular price are still eligible for returns or exchanges.
Since we will be listing a lot of discontinued items that are partially sold out in some sizes, you may find it helpful to "shop by size" filters that are available on the left-hand side of your screen while you are browsing. That way, only listings that have the specific size that you are searching for in stock will show up.
