Yes. Our signature blend is a medium-weight Bamboo/Cotton Jersey fabric that we specifically developed with our suppliers in China. You can read more about our sourcing procedure on our Transparency Page. Our signature blend combines the soft and breathable properties of bamboo with the structure and durability of long-strand cotton to create the most durable, comfortable material we can create. The fabrics have an excellent stretch that does not bag out and still look new after many washes. We also use a 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex Jersey as a base for our digitally printed fabrics.
Finding the right size for a baby’s dress can be difficult, that’s why we are here to help!
You can use the following steps to find the right size:
1. MEASURING THE HEAD:
Place the measuring tape above the eyebrows, ears and around the middle back of the head. Make sure that the measuring tape lies flat but not too tightly or loose. Note that our hats, bonnets and headbands are designed to stretch so the actual garment will be slightly smaller than the measurements on the measurement chart.
2. MEASURING THE WAIST:
This is the circumference right around the waist, across the belly button. Note that our waistbands are elastic and are designed to stretch a little so the actual garment will be slightly smaller than the measurements on the measurement chart.
3. MEASURING THE INSEAM:
This is the measurement for the garment's inside-leg seam. We generally use the inseam for pants measurements because it is a more consistent measurement than the outside-leg seam. Find the entire length of the inner-leg seam from the crotch to just below the ankle (Recommended: measure this seam on an existing pair of pants that fit well!
Our clothes fit pretty true to size. We try to ensure that our sizing is similar to familiar children's brands like Old Navy or Carters so you know what to expect. When in doubt, you can always view our universal sizing chart here.

Bought the wrong size? No worries. We offer a 30-day easy returns and exchanges policy.
Although our fabric is pre-shrunk, we recommend washing your clothing items in a cold setting and hanging them to dry. For any item with a graphic (pullovers and tee-shirts), we recommend washing inside out and hanging to dry, to avoid any damage to the graphic. Avoid using bleach on all products from The Kindred Studio.
